Xoetronics (pronounced zō trŏn' ĭks) is a Limited Liability Company whose mission is to acquire and develop advanced scientific technologies for worldwide markets by patent prosecution, technology licensing and patent assertion. Xoetronics provides advanced scientific consulting with a strong interdisciplinary team of highly accomplished engineers, scientists, medical doctors, business and legal personal support this strategy.

Xoetronics licenses its proprietary technologies to businesses to commercialize, market and implement the various technologies. Xoetronics links its team including LLC management members and support professionals through advanced electronic networks when possible in order to minimize traditional business overhead. For efficiency and expediency, almost all company business and technical meetings are conducted as virtual meetings.

Xoetronics owns exclusive worldwide rights to four dynamic, state-of-the-art, proprietary technologies, which are the subject matter of numerous issued and pending US and foreign patents: the Photonic Molecular Probe® (PMP), the Solid State Molecular Sensor, Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Dynamic Flow Systems, and the Smart Medical Data Base (SMDB). Our proprietary patented technologies include two miniaturized devices capable of continuous, real-time sensing of chemical/biological warfare agents such as nerve gases, smallpox and anthrax. Prior to the 11th of September, development of the Photonic Molecular Probe® focused primarily on non-invasive monitoring of blood glucose for treatment of diabetes. The direction of development has been refocused, “since safeguards against terrorism are so urgently needed,” said Dr. Frank L. Madarasz.

Xoetronics is dedicated to bringing our technologies, and their multiple applications, to market by forming appropriate subsidiary companies with investment partners, and/or licensing agreements with established companies having proper manufacturing, marketing and distribution capabilities. “The Mayo Clinic has expressed an interest in investing in the development of two of our technologies, the Photonic Molecular Probe® and the Smart Medical Data Base”, said Dr. Andrew P.
